What is Ruunex?+

Ruunex is a personalized training app. You take a short quiz, and we build a plan tailored to your goals, fitness level, and schedule. The app guides you day by day — workouts, recovery, and educational content — all in one place. We currently offer Running, HRV & VO2 Max training programs.

Who is Ruunex for?+

Anyone who wants to train with structure — from complete beginners who've never followed a plan to experienced athletes working toward a specific goal. Our plans adapt to where you are right now, so there's no minimum fitness level required.

Do I need any equipment?+

No. All warmups, cooldowns, and supplementary exercises are bodyweight-only. For running plans, all you need is a pair of shoes. If you do have equipment at home or at the gym, you can absolutely use it — the plan works either way.

Can I combine Ruunex with other training I'm already doing?+

Yes. Ruunex plans are designed to fit alongside whatever you're already doing — gym, yoga, swimming, cycling, or anything else. The plan accounts for your available training days, so you stay in control of your overall load.

How much does Ruunex cost?+

Ruunex offers subscription plans at different price points and durations. Take the quiz to see available options. You can choose the plan length that fits your goals.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Cancelling your subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of the then-current period. If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on our website: you can cancel by contacting our support at support@ruunex.com. If you subscribed through the App Store: you can cancel through your Apple ID account settings — to avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

How do I contact Ruunex customer service?+

We have a few ways to get help — pick whatever's easiest for you. In-app chat: the quickest option — go to Settings → Contact Us and we'll get back to you fast. Help Center: browse common questions and answers in our Help Center. Email: prefer email? Reach us at support@ruunex.com — we're responsive and we'll sort it out.
